At Lake Valhalla Club, we take distinct pleasure in hosting the wedding or special occasion of your dreams. The only way to ensure that every detail is taken care of on your big day is to provide exclusive attention and exceptional service. 

To us, that means hosting only one event at a time, so that nothing takes our experienced Event Specialist’s attention off of your needs. You won’t be sharing your venue with other parties or events, which means you won’t have to share the spotlight, either. 

We offer numerous spaces to hold private events at Lake Valhalla Club, each with its own character and its own charm. Nestled within our 108 acres of exclusive club property and surrounded by a waterfall, forests and serene mountains, these venues accommodate both small and large celebrations, indoors and outdoors. 

 

The Ballroom 

Located in our Tudor-style Clubhouse built in the 1930s, the Ballroom is a dramatic venue that makes a statement, from the vaulted beamed ceiling to the two grand stone fireplaces topped with rustic mantles. With a newly renovated 20′ by 30′ dance floor, the Ballroom can accommodate up to 190 guests for a seated dinner and dancing. 

The adjoining Balcony lends a charming, picturesque touch that’s perfect for photos and intimate moments. It connects the Ballroom to the Bridal Suite, where you can safely store belongings and have the privacy needed for all of the finishing touches before your ceremony or grand entrance. 

The Ballroom Bar

Top-shelf liquors and signature cocktails upgrade your occasion. Our Ballroom Bar is attached to the Ballroom to furnish libations that go beyond mere beverages, whether you choose an open-bar or cash-bar option. Top-shelf liquors and signature cocktails are included in all wedding packages.

The Porch 

Connected to the Ballroom through folding walls is the Porch. Extending the event space to the Porch gives you access to floor-to-ceiling windows facing beautiful Lake Valhalla.  The Porch is also perfect for smaller gatherings such as a wedding showers or baby showers, it can accommodate 20-30 people. 

Viking Room

The Viking Room 

Our Viking Room perfectly accommodates smaller gatherings, with sit-down dining space, bar space, and scenic views of the lake. The Viking Room is a popular choice of Lake Valhalla Club event venue for buffets, cocktail hours, corporate dinners, and more. The Viking Room accommodates up to 50 people.

The Tent 

Outdoor events during warmer months at Lake Valhalla Club often take place in the Tent. This newly renovated venue has its own bar and seating space, plus panoramic views of the lake and mountains, making it perfect for all occasions ranging from birthday parties to cocktail hours.
